The Student Move includes a 10-day rental. All other packages include 14 days, beginning on the day we deliver your bins. If you need more time, contact us before your scheduled pickup to ask about an extension.
Yes. Local delivery and pickup are included within our standard Greater Birmingham service area. If you’re outside that area, contact us for availability and a delivery quote.
Not necessarily. If you provide permission and instructions in advance, we can leave or collect the bins from an accessible, protected location such as a garage or covered porch. We’ll text you when we’re on the way.
