Questions about pricing?
No deposit is charged. We place a temporary $100 damage hold on your card during the rental. It is not an added fee and is released after all bins and equipment are returned in good condition. If anything is lost or damaged, all or part of the hold may be applied to the replacement or repair cost.
Need a little more time? Contact us before your scheduled pickup. Each additional week costs 20% of your original package price, and extensions are subject to equipment availability. We’ll confirm the cost and your new pickup date before extending the rental.
Moving dates change — we understand. Date changes requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date are free, subject to availability. A $25 route-change fee may apply inside 24 hours, and a $25 cancellation fee applies when a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery.
Contact us and we’ll check availability. We may be able to add bins to your order or move you into a larger package. We’ll confirm any additional cost before delivering the extra bins.
Delivery and pickup are included within 15 miles of Vestavia Hills. Addresses between 15 and 22 miles are served for an additional $25 delivery fee. Beyond 22 miles, contact us to ask about custom delivery availability.
