Delivery and pickup are included with every package within 15 miles of Vestavia Hills. Our standard service area includes Birmingham, Homewood, Vestavia Hills, Hoover, Mountain Brook, Chelsea, Pelham, Helena, Bessemer, Irondale, Fultondale and Leeds.
Our extended service area covers locations 15 to 22 miles from Vestavia Hills City Hall, including Trussville, Gardendale, Alabaster, McCalla, Moody, Clay and Pinson. An additional delivery fee applies.

Downtown and apartment moves
Check your building’s loading, parking and elevator requirements before moving day. Send us any entry instructions we’ll need for delivery and pickup.
Hills, stairs and steep driveways
Let us know about stairs, slopes or limited vehicle access in advance. Standard delivery is made to a safe, accessible ground-level location.
Gated communities
Provide current gate codes, guardhouse instructions and any neighborhood delivery restrictions before your scheduled date.
Busy moving dates
Month-end and summer dates can fill quickly. Reserve early when possible, especially if your moving schedule has limited flexibility.
