Once you’ve unpacked, empty the bins and stack them near the door. We’ll pick them up — no cardboard to break down, store or recycle.

If you land between two packages, choose the larger one — you’ll appreciate the extra room when packing day arrives.

Reserve online in minutes

Choose your delivery and pickup dates during the same online reservation. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details, service address and both dates.

Reserve early when possible, especially for month-end and summer moves when availability fills quickly.

Extra peace of
mind for your move

Every rental includes single-use, tamper-evident MoveLock Security Seals.

Once attached, the seals help keep each bin securely closed while providing a visible indication if a packed bin has been opened. They are especially helpful when using movers, transporting your belongings or temporarily storing packed bins.

Pack, label and seal
— no boxes to build

You will get a text the day of delivery with the driver’s window. We’ll place the bins in the agreed delivery location — such as your garage, driveway, covered porch or building loading area.

Delivery is included anywhere within our standard service area, which covers most of Jefferson and Shelby County.

Finish your move. We’ll
handle the empties.

Your package gives you 10 or 14 days to pack, move and unpack. When you’re finished, empty the bins and stack them near an accessible entrance. We’ll coordinate pickup, load everything and take it away.

Need more time? Contact us before your scheduled pickup. Extensions are subject to availability, and we’ll confirm any additional cost before making the change.

What comes with every package

Every package includes the essentials you need to pack and move more efficiently. The quantities vary based on the package you choose.

Bins with attached lids

Clean, commercial-grade moving bins with molded handles and attached lids. No cardboard assembly or packing tape required.

Large moving bags

Use them for soft, bulky items such as bedding, pillows, towels and clothing.

Easy-rolling dollies

Move several stacked bins at once. Each package includes one to three dollies.

Moving labels and security seals

Label bins by room and use the included MoveLock Security Seals for added peace of mind.

One green First One bin

An easy-to-spot bin for medications, documents, toiletries and other first-night essentials.

Delivery and pickup

Both are included within our standard Birmingham service area.

Pickup is the easy part

Empty the bins and stack them in the agreed pickup location. We’ll count everything, load it and take it away. No cardboard to flatten, store or haul to the recycling center.

You don’t need to wash or sanitize the bins. Just remove your belongings and any loose trash. We clean and sanitize every bin at our facility before its next rental.

Common questions about
delivery and pickup

Can I change my delivery or pickup date?

Yes. Date changes requested at least 24 hours in advance are free, subject to availability. Call or text 205-644-3771 as soon as your plans change. Requests made within 24 hours will be handled individually and may not always be possible.

How does delivery timing work?

You’ll choose your delivery and pickup dates when reserving, but you won’t select a time window online. We’ll coordinate the delivery timing with you before arrival and contact you if the schedule changes.

Do I have to be home for delivery or pickup?

Not always. Unattended delivery or pickup may be available if you provide clear instructions and a safe, accessible location. We’ll confirm the arrangement with you in advance. Apartments, gated communities and buildings with restricted access may require you or an authorized person to be present.

What about stairs, elevators and apartment buildings?

Tell us about stairs, elevators, gates, loading areas and building rules when you reserve. Standard delivery is made to a safe, accessible ground-level location. You are responsible for arranging building access and moving the bins beyond the agreed delivery location unless another arrangement has been confirmed in advance.
