How to Prepare for a Donation Pickup

A little planning can keep pickup day simple:

Declutter First. Pack Second.

Don’t spend time packing things you no longer want. Don’t use space in the moving truck for them. And don’t carry them into your new home just to sort through them later.

Arrange your donation pickup before packing day, then fill your Alabama Moving Bins with the belongings that are actually making the move. Not sure how many you’ll need? Compare our packages or run the bin estimator.

Alabama Moving Bins delivers clean, sturdy, reusable moving bins and easy-rolling dollies throughout Greater Birmingham. We deliver them to your door, you pack and move, and we pick them up when you’re finished.

Donate the extras. Pack what matters. Move smarter.
